This post will not be a rehash or replacement for learntoraid's guides. I'll be trying to cover details they left out and specific strats for our current setup.
Heroic Shannox:

This is a one phase fight. Everyone but the tanks helps to reset Rageface's stacks by running away. Tanks reset Shannox/Riplimb with the help of a slow, and two ranged break facerages. Otherwise all dps stays on Shannox and avoid traps, magma, & Shannox' cleave.
• Everyone: run far far far away from Rageface when he is trapped. This includes melee!
• Riplimb tank healer stands near Riplimb to double odds at crystal traps by tank.
• Shannox tank healer be ready to move with their tank.
• For ranged assigned to facerages: Be aware that you won't have 100% crit chance until the buff appears on Rageface, which happens a couple seconds after he leaps. It seems you have to start cast after the buff appears.
• Slowing Riplimb: Any slows placed on Riplimb will disappear and must be reapplied after he gets the 'Dogged Determination' buff (looks like a bone). He gets this buff right as the spear appears on the ground unless he's inside of a trap (in which case reapply when he breaks out).

Upstairs:
• Watch your feet up there, and only drop down through the center.
• Tank & healer must be coordinated. Tank up first, taunts asap, pops CD.
• Dps drops down a bit early before the 3rd devastation to help with spiderlings before phase 2.
Ground:
• Dynamic assignments between Spinners / Spiderlings / Drones. When there are a lot of spinners on the tank, kill them first. If you have good AoE help with spiderlings.
• Spiderlings will melee anyone within 5 yards (with or without aggro). Weave proxy aoes carefully & watch your health if you want to leap/whirlwind/FoK/hellfire/etc.
• Everyone: If the drone fixates on you, get away from spiderlings. Never let spiderlings get between you and a drone (in which case the drone fixating on you will be a guaranteed wipe.
• Everyone: Watch out for yellow line appearing when a broodling fixates you. Keep friendly & enemy plates on, so you do not splash the raid on impact!
Phase 2: CD shitstorm.
Our current composition will prioritize: Divine hymn < Barrier < Raid Wall < Aura Mastery. Rally when low.

• Everyone: is responsible for driving. If you attack the boss, you should know where the closest heated volcano is located.
Phase 2: CD shitstorm
• Everyone: Spread out. Don't worry about the lasers unless +3 on you.

• Do not miss any interrupts pre-10 second firestorm.
